Kim Luke, Director
Kim received her BPA in dance performance from Oklahoma City University and went on to perform throughout the U.S. and Canada with the National Tours of Me & My Girl, My One & Only, and Bye Bye Birdie. Throughout her career she has worked with notable stars such as Tommy Tune, Anne Reinking, Steve Zahn and Kristen Chenoweth. Through Broadway outreach programs, she has taught master classes in dance and drama nationwide. Kim was an active choreographer in Boston and has received high accolades for her work, including “Boston’s Best Summer Stock Musical” for “Anything Goes” at the Public Theater in Brighton. As a team member, Kim received a “people’s choice” award for best dance instruction of Winchester. With over 12 years of teaching experience in Boston, she has held the positions of Associate Artistic Director of the MJT Dance Company, Director of Tap and Jazz for Ballet Arts Centre of Winchester and Executive Director for Kidstock Children’s Theater Education Center. Kim headed the largest arts outreach program in the Boston Public School System, “New Friends Through Dance”, introducing over 2,000 Boston public school children to the art of dance each year. In Salt Lake City, Kim taught for six years in the public schools as a Ballet West instructor and helped them to develop their own early childhood programming which was inspired by the Artistic Endeavors Pre-Ballet classes. Kim facilitates a community service project, Turning the “C” in Cancer to “D” providing kids with cancer free dance classes and developed a Dancing with Disabilities program, enhancing the lives of children with autism through dance in Salt Lake public schools. Kim is the founder of Salt Lake’s fastest growing arts provider “Artistic Endeavors” bringing arts into the lives of numerous children and was voted People’s Choice for Best Business of Millcreek Utah, and the Mayor’s award for Best Service!

Jessie Luke, Assistant Director
Jessie began her training at age 2 through the Artistic Endeavors Dance program. She supplemented her training through the Ballet West Academy, Broadway Dance Center in NYC, and the prestigious Belvoir Terrace, in Lenox, MA. She was a member of the Olympus High School Dance Company as well as a Varsity Cheerleader. Jessie is trained in all styles of dance plus tumbling and acro. Having grown up in the dance studio, she was a teacher assistant starting at age 10 to her mom, Kim Luke, and took on her own classes at the young age of 14. Jessie has won numerous awards in competitive dance, “Dancer of the year” and Outstanding Choreographer for Creative Artistry.
